What this site is
Subang Pet Groomers is an independent directory covering 83 pet grooming businesses across Greater Subang, including Subang Jaya, USJ, Shah Alam, Subang Bestari, and nearby townships. It exists for one reason: to help pet owners in the area find a groomer they can trust, without wading through scattered Google searches or outdated Facebook posts.
We have no affiliation with any grooming business listed here. We do not sell grooming services and we do not take referral fees tied to bookings.

How listings get here
We compile publicly available business data, including names, addresses, contact details, and operating hours, from public sources. We do not cold-call businesses or charge a fee to appear.
For each listing, we synthesise recent Google reviews to produce a short sentiment summary. We do not copy or republish review text. If you want to read the original reviews, every listing page carries a direct link to that business on Google so you can do exactly that.
How rankings work
Every business in the directory is scored against a published rubric that weighs factors such as review volume, recency, sentiment consistency, and completeness of business information. The full criteria are explained on the methodology page.
Rankings are produced from data only. No human editor adjusts a score based on personal preference, and no business can pay to improve its position in the earned rankings.
A listed business may contact us to correct factual errors, such as a wrong phone number or outdated address. It cannot request changes to its score, its sentiment summary, or where it appears in ranked results.
How sponsorship works
Some listings carry a “Sponsored” label. Sponsored placements appear in clearly marked, separate sections and are never inserted into the earned ranking order. Paying for a sponsored slot does not affect a business’s score or its position among non-sponsored results. The label is always visible, and the separation is always maintained.
Keeping information accurate
If you are a business owner and spot an error in your listing, contact us with the correct details and a verifiable source. We will review and update factual information promptly. As noted above, scores and rankings are not open to correction requests because they are derived from data, not editorial judgment.

- No. We pull public business data and list groomers at no charge. Sponsorship is a separate, optional paid placement and is always clearly labelled.
- Can a business pay to get a higher score?
- No. Scores and rankings come from a fixed data-driven rubric. Sponsorship affects only whether a paid label appears in a separate promoted section, nothing else.
- Where do the review summaries come from?
- We synthesise recent Google reviews to produce a short sentiment summary for each business. We do not republish the original review text. Each listing links directly to the business on Google so you can read the source reviews yourself.
- My business details are wrong. What do I do?
- Contact us with the correct information and a verifiable source (for example, your Google Business profile or official website). We will update factual details promptly. Note that scores, sentiment summaries, and rankings cannot be changed through a correction request.
